Exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a successful and growing company based in the Medway area. You will have 2-3 years HR experience and be looking to work on a part time or full time basis.
– Dealing with all aspects of HR Administration
– Processing and verifying timesheets for engineers. Passing info to payroll
– Liaising with payroll
– Processing starters and finishers and raising all relevant documentation
– Assisting with any disciplinary and grievances – minute taking and sending out letters from relevant template
– Sending out contracts and letters
– Other ad hoc HR duties
Salary £20 – £25,000 depending on experience
Full or part time hours considered
