Exciting opportunity to join a growing business in an HR Business Partner role. Reporting into the Divisional HR Director you will be responsible for all aspects of HR for a subsiduary of the business as well as aspects of HR across the wider group. You need to be a strong HR generalist with at least 5 years HR experience and ideally a CIPD qualification. Ideally you would have worked in larger organisations and be looking for the next step up. You must have a hands on and can do approach and be a team player. The role wil be based in Maidstone with hybrid working an option, may require occasional travel to other sites.
Duties
– Supporting the Divisional HR Director and Chief HR Officer and providing a business partnering service that delivers HR best practice and solutions to the business
– Advising on ER casework
– Translating HR strategy to clear objectives
– Providing HR Advice
– Leading and implementing HR initiatives
– Supporting HR projects
Salary £40-£50,000 depending on experience
