I am currently supporting my client, based in Corby, to find a Human Resources Business Partner to join their business on a permanent basis. Supporting a workforce of over 1000 employees, the purpose of this role is to oversee all HR operations, whilst liaising regularly with the Head of HR.
Main responsibilities will include:
– Ensuring HR policies, processes and procedures are implemented to a high standard
– Delivering appraisal and review processes, with support of another HRBP
– Partnering with managers to efficiently handle ER case loads
– Advising on issues relating to restructuring, TUPE, grievances, and other conduct issues
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who holds a CIPD qualification and is looking to work with a reputable organisation that puts its people first.
