I am currently seeking an energetic HR generalist who is keen to secure a role as an HR Business Partner within a global, market leading organisation. You will be responsible for supporting various managers with all operational HR elements.
Main responsibilities include:
– Identifying areas where HR can assist with strategic and operational goals
– Guide Advisors with ER cases and taking responsibility for more complex scenarios
– Liaising with various line managers across the wider business
– Leading various HR projects including recruitment reviews and training metrics
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years’ experience in a similar role and knowledge of HR systems. You will be an effective communicator who is able to present data across various platforms. I am keen to speak with candidates from all sectors, although logistics and manufacturing knowledge would be advantageous.
