3 month contract role available in North Kent for HR Business Partner immediately available to start work. As a Senior Advisor in the People services team, you will be the main point of contact for all employee related matters in your service groups. You will work with Managers to provide commercially focussed advice, support and coaching in all areas of people management including, engagement, leadership, employee relations, change management, policies and processes, employee legislation, recruitment, retention, pay and reward, succession planning, learning and development and internal communications to enable Managers to achieve business plan, high employee engagement and service strategy. Applicants will be CIPD qualified with a minimum of 4 years operational experience in HR.
