Our Client, a leading, nationwide service business have an exciting contract role for an HR generalist to join a supportive and fun environment where you can continue to develop your HR career with lots of potential to broaden your skill set in fast paced business with exciting growth plans. Yu should be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice, Interviews will happen on 20th January. You will ideally be CIPD level 5 and be proficient in managing and manipulating complex data and therefore good level Excel required together with experience in absence management, disciplinary investigations, recruitment and initiatives to improve retention, sourcing and implementing training. This role reports into a Regional HRBP with dotted line into a Business Manager. Working pattern will likely be working in East Sussex 3 days, 1 day at a Kent site and 1 day from home.
