Exciting growth Client with an attractive and vibrant culture are looking for an L+D/HR Manager to join their growing, busy, HR team in a newly created position to provide the support required to the Director and Head of people in establishing a highly effective Learning and Development function contributing to a high performing workforce. You will identify short and longer term training needs across the Company, supporting a culture of learning and growth, designing and delivering a process to meet these needs, ensuring training is aligned to strategic goals and brand values. On-going support to heads of Depts, Managers, Team Leaders and Recruitment Manager, supporting in developing their teams and help with the provision of training, in-house and external, workshops and e-learning. Supporting in an HR generalist capacity could also be required. Successful will have at least 3 years experience in L+D and HR generalist experience, someone able to take initiative and contribute to the overall People team function, passionate about developing people and creating opportunties for growth. CIPD Level 5 would be an advantage.
