Goldhawk Associates is supporting an organisation in sourcing an HR Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. Role Overview: This is a key HR leadership role, responsible for managing day-to-day operations while aligning people practices with organisational strategy. You’ll play a central role in supporting a motivated and high-performing team while championing wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
Location: Largely remote-based with ad hoc travel to Rochester and other regional sites
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
Contract: 12-month fixed term (maternity cover)
