We are partnering with a respected Academy Trust to recruit a qualified, experienced HR Manager. Having recently embarked on a period of change, they are consolidating and this role would now suit an individual able to deliver improvement and implement change on a number of key strategic projects and initiatives, as well as providing a robust operational HR service across the organisation. You will have line management responsibility for a small HR team and be a member of the Senior Leadership team. You will lead on key HR projects to include engagement, recruitment, systems implementation, management training and restructure alongside providing day to day employment relations support and advice to Managers on absence management, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances. Successful applicants will be degree educated or equivalent, CIPD qualified (Level 7) with gravitas and credibility to influence. There is flexibility to work part-time if required and this could suit someone with the capability, looking to take their career to the next level. Education sector experience is desirable.
