My client, a reputable healthcare organisation in East Kent is seeking an HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The business is currently going through an exciting period of growth and this is a great opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager or a Business Partner who is looking for a role with direct reports.
Main duties will include:
– Delivering and implementing the company HR strategy
– Advising on more complex ER casework to ensure professional and legislatively compliant advice is always given
– Supporting other areas of the business with disciplinary and grievance cases
– Lead on project work and policy development
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within a senior HR role, ideally within the care sector. You will hold CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent and have sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
