Our Client, a successful service provider based in London requires a HR Manager/Business Partner with a hands-on approach to manage employee group of 300 employees. You will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations and be part of the varying strategic objectives. You will be working with Senior stakeholders on complex employee relation cases up to tribunal level, casework including dispute resolutions of disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE and redundancy amongst other issues. Advice to Managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge and sharing best practice, manage talent and succession planning, driving allignment between HR strategy and goals. Applicants should have at least 3 years plus HR experience as a Senior advisor or Business partner, CIPD Level 5 and previous experience within Services Industry.
