My client within the care sector, based in West Kent is seeking an HR Office Manager to join them initially on a contract basis. This newly created role will give autonomy to the post holder, who will manage all aspects of the HR office function.
Duties will include:
– Supporting the Head of HR with the running of the HR Dept
– Working in conjunction with the HR Business Partner to ensure that a full HR service is delivered to the business
– Administrative tasks for the wider business
– Overseeing the payroll process
– Dealing with contracts and other basic HR tasks
CIPD qualification is advantageous as is experience within the care sector, however all applications will be considered.
