Exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in West Kent. You will have at least 2 years HR experience and experience of supporting an HR Service across a business. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 minimum and have an understanding of employment law and experience of using HR Systems. The role will be a hybrid of in the office 1-2 days a week and working from home
Duties
-Delivering operational HR Services across the business
-Supporting the HRBPs
-Working with the HR Manager to handle ER cases and providing support during the full employee life cycle
-Dealing with queries and offering advice
-Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration
-Assisting HR Administration
Salary £18 – £25,000 depending on experience
