Our Client, a leading local business in Kent are looking for an HR Advisor providing general HR support across the Company and in relation to all HR aspects including learning and development, administration of employee benefits, recruitment and employment law. Day to day you will be providing guidance and support with ER cases and associated meetings, assisting with all stages of recruitment process and on-boarding, support employee learning programmes and activiely participating in employee engagement initiatives and compile and analyse key HR data and make recommendations for improvements. Successful applications will be from CIPD Level 7 qualified candidates and experience within a fast paced HR team within the private sector who have the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels within the business.
