Global business with excellent reputation and market leader in their field are looking for an HR Operations Team leader, reporting into HR Ops Manager and managing a team of 6 individuals that operate as a virtual shared service centre for the UK as well as leading on employee benefits, strategically and operationally including pension, risk, healthcare, flex and company cars. You will act as a key contact and company stakeholder for the Trustees and Advisors of their legacy DB and DC pension plans to provide input to strategy, communications and projects. As well a team leadership and management of the HR function, this role is very much weighted on pension and benefits management, leading and co-ordinating the governance committee, standardising work, developing the education and communication strategy in relation to pension, wellbeing and optimal employee engagement across benefits arrangements. Successful applicants will have proven experience in an operational HR capacity or HR shared services, stakeholder management skills, experience of implementing new systems, projects and good knowledge of UK pensions, governance and legislation.
