Infrastucture Analyst (Ref: J9388) Permanent

An organisation experiencing top down change over the past two and half years under the direction of a new Chief Executive, The IT function is undergoing rapid transformation, extending across hardware, software, divisional structure, leadership and culture. The focus now is to hire proactive, solution orientated individuals who work well as part of a team and understand what is required to create a high-performance IT department.

The Role

Responsible for maintaining and updating the technical infrastructure within the organisation including acting as central knowledge point for users for new software and hardware installs. Overseeing the configuration, testing and implementation of changes to the network and provision of 2nd/3rd line support to all users at the head office and remote sites.

Key activities include;

• Overseeing delivery of updates to network infrastructure
• 2nd/3rd line support
• Technical support for security / firewalls
• Maintaining Cisco environment

Your Experience

Key Requirements;

1. CCNA / CCNP
2. worked in virtualised environment (VMware)
3. Windows 2008 / ’12
4. In depth knowledge of IP networks
