Interim Senior Business Performance Manager (Ref: BH-10159) Contract

We are currently working in partnership with a progressive business who are looking to recruit an Interim Senior Business Performance Manager for 3-6 months. Reporting to the Head of FP&A you will support the business in delivering a strategic transformation whilst continuing to drive the business to deliver its short-term planning commitments. Your key duties will include:

– Responsible for all finance modelling within the business including commercial & financial forecasting
– Lead on all finance planning and forecasting activity
– Collaborate with wider team to build & challenge forecasting assumption
– Produce Monthly Finance report & external party reports as required
– Develop financial & operational KPIs and track performance against plan
– Manage the FP&A data structure and how it sits within the wider data infrastructure
– Provide adhoc financial analysis as required
– Support delivery of a financial transformation program as well as driving automation into the finance function
– Role will require management of a team of 2/3

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with advanced Excel and strong Power BI/SQL.
