Internal Recruiter (Ref: J10714) Permanent

I am excited to be supporting a rapidly growing, award-winning organisation to find an Internal Recruiter to assist with their talent acquisition function. This newly created role will support all areas of the business both in the UK and European countries.

Main responsibilities will include:
– Taking ownership of the candidate lifecycle whilst partnering with Hiring Managers
– Filtering applications and updating candidates throughout the process
– Prioritising candidate experience and always seeking improvement

You will have experience recruiting within construction or another STEM environment and have a collaborative attitude with keenness to work within a team and communicate across all levels, both internally and externally.
