£28,000 – £30,000 Per Annum
On Call Bonus

A leading technology service provider are looking to for an experienced field service engineer for on site and remote support in the Milton Keynes region.The role will require on-call working and regular trips away from home.

The Role

• Providing IT support to a wide client base either in person or remote
• Support for IP and VoIP telephony systems
• Achieving SLA though out of hours working for critical faults
• Maintaining company CRM ensuring up to date
• Installing full IT Infrastructures

The Person

• Driven to provide a high level of customer service and experience
• Attend relevant training to ensure skill-set is up to date
• Relevant expereince in a similar role
• Full UK Driving License & Biz insurance
