IT technician (Ref: J9627) Contract

per annum Status: Full time – Fixed Term Contract
37 hours per week

• Duties will involve the support and maintenance of PCs, MACs, smart phones and tablets including their associated peripherals.
• Managing workloads through the department’s helpdesk software whilst ensuring the department’s documentation is kept up to date will also be part of the day to day duties.
• The successful candidate should have significant experience of working in an IT team supporting in a Microsoft network environment.
• A strong knowledge of basic networking, computer peripherals and Microsoft products is essential.
• In addition to the minimum requirements detailed above, candidates will also hold excellent skills in problem solving, online research, simplifying complex answers and dealing with people in a high pressured environment, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

You will be required to drive to our other campuses and therefore will be required to hold a valid full UK driving licence.
