Learning & Development Partner Role – Kent and Northampton (Ref: J10456) Permanent

Exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a newly created role. You will be an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for the next move in your career. This role will involve setting up an L&D and training function within the business and working closely with the HR Team. The role will cover all sites across the UK, initially working a lot out of Corby and then based out of Dartford and covering the UK. Some experience of working within manufacturing, industry, warehousing, construction or logistics would be useful. Must have a driving licence

Duties
– Supporting the Head of HR in strategic and operational delivery of the creation and building of learning, development and continuous improvement culture at Europa
– Leading on the design and delivery of learning projects and programmes across the Group and helping to ensure the workforce is skilled and equipped to deliver on current and future needs
– Creating a framework for career routes and succession planning within the business
– Working across sites to ensure brand standards are met, training needs are met and solutions are developed
– Designing and developing individual training plans where needed
– Delivering inspiring and informative induction sessions. Supporting managers with compliance training
– Overseeing the management training programme
– Co-ordintating training activities with the Head of HR and relevant HRBP
– Creating training manuals, policies and workshops
– Delivering workshops and blended e-learning across the business using external sources as required
– Overseeing online e-learning platform
– Working with the Head of HR to role out quality improvement programmes
– Developing and maintaining staff training logs

Salary £40-£45,000 plus car
