Lease Desk Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Lease Administrator to join one of the fastest growing and dynamic digital print solutions providers in the UK.

The Lease Desk Administrator will be responsible for invoicing all new deals to various funders/customers directly and the collection of all due monies from various finance companies. Tracking of all upgrades and 3rd Party settlements and taking appropriate action to finalise.

Key Responsibilities

Raising invoices for all lease and hardware sales
Credit control of all leasing companies ensuring all new deals are paid out within an agreed timescale
Escalating any queries as necessary
Daily Tracking of all upgrades and settlements
Chasing settlement invoices from funders and customers
Monthly reconciliation of settlements spreadsheet
Communicating with sales team on any issues
Skills & Experience

Good understanding of finance paperwork and process
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Computer literate Excel, Outlook
