Lease Desk Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Lease Administrator to join a leading technology solutions provider (covering Print, IT and Cyber Security). The successful applicant will be responsible administration of all new Print and IT hardware lease sales.

Main responsibilities

• Raising invoices for all Print & IT hardware lease sales
• Credit control of all leasing customers, ensuring all new deals are paid out within an agreed timescale
• Escalating any queries as necessary
• Daily tracking of all upgrades and settlements
• Chasing settlement invoices from funders and customers
• Monthly reconciliation of settlements spreadsheet
• Liaising with the sales team where needed on any issues
• General housekeeping of the CBS system, ensuring all data is kept up to date
• Implement price increases on CBS
• Produce quarterly profit and loss reports from the system to be shared with senior management
• Any other reporting as requested from CBS

Skills & experience required

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in MSO 365 packages including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to bring best practice into the business
• Be a leader in the business on providing excellent customer service and setting professional standards
• Develop excellent working relationships across the business and at all levels.
• Seek to continuously improve and develop themselves
