Management Accountant – 6m FTC (Ref: BH-10108) Permanent

We are working with local business based in the Mid-Kent area a to source for an Immediately Available Management Accountant to join on a 6-Month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts and the associated reporting. You will collaborate closely with the management team to ensure all accounting functions are completed efficiently and on time.
 
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and be either fully qualified or qualified by experience. They should possess strong proficiency in accounting systems, with experience in MS Nav preferred but not essential, and advanced Excel skills, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables. Excellent communication skills are also essential for effectively handling the principal accountabilities of the role.
 
Principal Accountabilities:

• Prepare month-end management accounts
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet control accounts on a monthly basis
• Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
• Support the preparation and completion of the annual audit process
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• Fulfil other statutory and internal reporting requirements as needed

On offer is a salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 FTE dependant on experience, plus hybrid working – #10108
