We are currently working with a local organisation in Gillingham who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Supporting the Finance manager and working within a busy finance team you will be responsible for:
·Assist with the preparation of month end management accounts
·Revenue reconciliation
·Accruals and prepayment experience
·Preparation of daily cash receipts reports
·Maintenance of hire purchase schedule
·Reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, purchases, petty cash, sales and purchases ledger)
·Prepare analysis of credit card statements, enter transactions and process payment
·Prepare invoices for sale of assets and intercompany recharges and management fee
·Analyse and post expense claims
·Maintain Fixed Assert Register and post depreciation journal
·Ideally a basic understanding of payroll
The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified with good analytical ability.
