• Internal and external customer reporting
• Working to SLA’s to drive customer performance
• Troubleshooting any issues in daily reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of MI reporting
• Driving efficiencies through report automation, surfacing new data points
• Upskilling internal stakeholders to self-serve
• Translating business needs into easily digestible reporting suitable for all audiences
