12 month fixed term contract opportunity to work at the Featherstone site (West Yorkshire) of one of our FTSE 100 Clients as an Operations and Payroll Administrator. You will report to the OPreations Manager to provide admin support alongside a payroll processing service for all variable payroll data for site monitor time and attendance, keeping accurate records of holidays and training of all employees for this site. You will liaise with Managers to rectify all anomalies on a weekly basis, run reports for overtime, sickness, lateness, compile monthly overtime, holiday pay and absence stats, input data, provide documentation, maintain training matrix, create stats and keep trackers. Good Microsoft office including a good working knowledge of Excel is required and experience of T&A system desirable but not essential. Interviews w/c 23rd September with either an immediate start or 1-2 weeks notice.
