Our client are a top ten accountancy firm who are looking for an outstanding outsourcing specialist for an Outsourcing Director opportunity in their Portsmouth office.
The main objectives of this role will be to help lead the outsourcing team and work with clients to ensure they receive a personal and tailored outsourcing service.

Day to day duties
- Lead a large outsourcing team of all levels, from trainee to manager
- Responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team
- Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day to day compliance and advisory aspects by both you and the team you lead
- Manage your own portfolio
- Assist the Managers in running of the department admin
What are we looking for?
- Analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and priorities
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified
- Possess a senior level experience and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, whilst leading a team
- Confident communicator
- Make decisions, solve problems and take appropriate action
- Seek new business opportunities
