Exciting entry level opportunity within a supportive HR Team in a client in West Kent. You will either have some basic HR experience or have strong customer service and Admin skills and looking to pursue a career in HR. This role is currently a hybrid role working a mix of in the office and at home. Car is essential due to company location.
Full training will be given but you must be computer literate and able to pick up new systems
Duties
– dealing with all aspects of HR Administration including contract changes, starters and leavers and salary amendments
– maintaining records
– administering changes
– making payroll changes
– supporting the HR Team
– providing an HR service to the business
Salary up to £23,000 depending on experience.
