Opportunity exists for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join an organisation based in the Salisbury area. You will have significant experience of recruiting within the healthcare or care sector and ideally have worked within the NHS. The role will initially be on a 3-6 month contract basis but may develop into a longer term role.
Duties include:
– dealing with the full 360 recruitment process for all staff including nurses, doctors, HCAs, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists
– proactively developing a recruitment database
– reviewing and overhauling recruitment processes as necessary
– working in close conjunction with the HR head office function
– recruitment administration
– other ad hoc HR and recruitment duties
Salary £25,000 – £30,000 pro rata
