Goldhawk is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a thriving local business. You will have at least 1 years Recruitment Consultancy gained from working in a busy and fast paced environment. Experience of recruiting for the education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Duties
– Nurturing and growing a Kent-based account base via mixture of account management and
new business activities
• Sourcing candidates via a variety of job boards, in house database as well as LinkedIn and
other social media
• Fully own the candidate journey from initial application, pre-screen interview, compliance
checks right through to submitting them to clients, arranging interviews and managing job
offers
• Accountable for keeping the in-house system (CRM) up to date with latest CV’s, important
tasks as well documenting all necessary steps of the recruitment journey
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Quick to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages
• An eye for detail is imperative as is the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise a heavy
workload
Remuneration:
Salary of £22-25,000
Estimated Commission (First Year) – £10 – £15,000
25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
