Recruitment Coordinator – West Malling and Remote – 4 month contract (Ref: J10373) Contract

Established West Kent company is looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator for a 4 month contract. The role will be based at home but you must be able to get into the office on occasion. You will ideally have at least a years worth of recruitment or HR administration experience and be available at short notice.

Duties
– providing recruitment administration support to the business functions
– proessing recruitment approvals
– liaising with hiring managers regarding job adverts
– benchmarking with hiring managers
– supporting the line managers in the recruitment cycle and providing administrative support to the process including arranging interviews and collating documentation
– maintaining the recruitment website
– producing offer letters and paperwork
– processing accepted candidates

Salary up to £23,000 pro rata for 4 month contract
