Duties
– responsible for all aspects of recruitment across the organisation
– establishing a talent pipeline
– managing recruitment and onboarding processes
– engaging with local schools and colleagues proactively
– arranging assessment centres
– upskilling managers in recruitment processes
– promoting the brand on social media
– salary benchmarking
Salary c£35,000 plus benefits
