I am currently supporting a professional services business to find a Recruitment Manager who can join them and manage a small team, whilst covering hires for 7 offices in the South East. With offices in Kent, London and Sussex, this role would require once a week travel to Kent, however candidates will be considered who live in the Sussex area.
Main responsibilities will include:
– Advising Hiring Managers on recruitment methods
– Handling budgets for all aspects of recruitment, managing the PSL and ultimately reducing agency spend
– Researching job advertising methods, utilising these to source suitable candidates
– Managing all elements of assessment days and working closely with educational establishments
This is an exciting opportunity with candidates from an internal recruitment background who are looking for a new challenge. You will ideally have experience within professional services, and must be able to communicate at all levels, both externally and internally.
