Opportunity to join an established and growing company in an HR role based in London on a 9-10 month maternity cover contract. You will have at least 3 years of experience at working at HR Advisor level, very strong ER skills, TUPE experience and be very capable and confident. The role will initially be based at home then on site in London most of the time with occasional travel to the Group HR function in Kent. You will work amongst the Operations Team in London and the HR function in Kent.
Duties
– Supporting the London Region in all HR matters including Recruitment and Selection, Probation, Absence Management, Disciplinary, Grievance, Probation and Performance Management
– Leading as HR Support on a caseload of ER cases
– Acting as TUPE lead in all Regional TUPE activity
– Ad hoc HR projects
Salary £32,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
