Regional HR Manager – Hospitality Sector (Initally a 3 month contract)
Location: South East England
Salary: Up to £65,000
Opportunity Highlights:
·Support team leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams
·Business Partnering across multiple sites around Kent, Surrey & Sussex
·Develop Managers and Heads of Department improving their people management capability through effective training, coaching and guidance
·Within this role you will have the opportunity to work within a wider Human Resources function including Training and Development and Talent Acquisition.
We Seek:
1.Demonstrable experience within a Senior HRBP/HR Management level role
2.Hospitality Multi Site experience desirable but not essential
3.CIPD level 5 qualified
4.Strong working knowledge of employment legislation
5.Experience of coaching and developing line managers
