Exciting opportunity to join a successful business in their busy central servicesl team at Kingshill as Rewards & Benefits Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Payroll you will be responsible for all daily administration of schemes and benefits within the R&B portfolio. You will have a minimum of 12 months in a similar Rewards and Benefits role. The role is based out of Kingshill but offers agile working
Duties
– assisting in the delivery, maintenance, development and promotion of reward and benefits offerings in order to support the attraction and retention of high performing colleagues
– providing guidance to payroll, HR and employees regarding benefits
– reviewing and updating the benefit scheme handbooks and content
– actively involved in the discovery and implementation of new schemes and initiatives
– assisting the Head of Payroll & Benefits with annual renewal process and reconciliation of invoices
– assisting with the tax year end reconciliations for benefits which have been through payroll and the submission of P11D(B) and payment of Class1A National Insurance
– assisting with the Gender Pay Gap and CEO Pay ratio reporting process
– administering opt-outs with liaison between Team leaders for Weekly & Monthly payroll refunds
-uploading new starters to portals
– reconciling payroll reports and uploading contributions to portals, in line with Pension regulation
– encouraging the use of online pension portals and the recording of beneficiaries
Salary c£26,000 plus benefits including 28 days holiday, healthcare, sharesave, pension, life assurance and agile working
