The main purpose of the role will be to manage, and drive performance of the telephone Marketing teams to deliver results. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be expected to manage activity of the team on a daily basis, delivering results through KPI’s and suitable campaign management. Ideally from a marketing background able to target specific customer groups in order to upsell and cross sell products and services by using email/ web tools to generate leads.
• Campaign Management, List Management and Reporting experience
• Telemarketing/ Telesales Experience/ Lead Scoring, Qualification
• Strong Management Skills • Experience in using CRM packages
• Marketing Experience
• Experience of Email marketing software/ MailChimp® or similar
• KPI Driven
Must have previous experience managing teams in an outbound, sales environment, possess strong data and analytical skills and able to demonstrate experience of Campaign Management including measuring success, MI & Reporting outcomes. -preferably in the copier, telecoms or IT related industry. Familiar with using CRM packages. Leads from the front.
• Up to £40 – 50K Basic + Commission/ £75K+ OTE per Annum
• 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays Per Annum
• Staff Incentives and reward Scheme
• Monday – Friday – 08:30 – 5:30pm
