School Leaver/Graduate Trainee role in Accountancy

I am supporting a reputable and professional firm of accountants based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking to appoint a trainee who is either a school leaver or a graduate looking to develop a career in accountancy. They require a solid academic history with a minimum of B’s in GCSE Maths & English and 3 B’s at A Level and a 2.1 degree.

They will support your studies and will trainee you initially in AAT or if a graduate, your ACA studies. They offer exposure to audit, accounts, and taxation, and then you will be able to get a broad range of experience both on the job and through your studies. You will work across the teams and the role will be defined to suit your skill set and fit. You will have support and training enabling you to develop your skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services and will work within teams to provide support and guidance to their client base.

They offer £17,500 – £20,000 base salary depending on the level of intake, salary increases on passing exams and they are flexible so can tailor your study package depending on how you like to study.
