Prestigious establishment, requires a commercial, flexible and professional HR Business Partner or Senior Business Partner with a particular focus on Employee Relations to bring their expertise to a complex and changing organisation for a 12 month contract role. Candidates looking for a permanent role may also be considered. You will act as a key point of contact for leaders and managers and staff to provide a high quality, responsive and professional business partnering services based on strong organisational and HR knowledge.
You will be a proactive and credible relationship builder who is used to dealing with senior managers on issues that are potentially sensitive, and you must have experience of working within a similar role who are able to hit the ground running. At the Senior Business Partner level you will be experienced in managing at BP level.
