Our prestigious client, a leading chartered accountancy firm based in West Kent, is seeking a high-quality Senior Client Adviser to join their growing team.
As a Senior Client Adviser, you’ll be the link between junior and senior team members managing client relationships and catering to specialised clients. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for understanding unique client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead client engagements with finesse, ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Managing and utilising other team members to deliver client work.
- Client onboarding.
- Technology expert, helping to train others in the team and clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and specialised solutions to clients operating in niche industries.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in their financial journey.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all accounting and financial aspects.
- Collaborate closely with team members to exceed client expectations and drive mutual success.
What you’ll need to have:
- Qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a proven track record.
- Good knowledge of FRS 102 and 1a
- IRIS, Xero, Excel preferable but not essential.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in client management within a chartered accountancy firm.
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
