Senior Insolvency Adminstrator (Ref: J9952) Permanent

Goldhawk Associates are working with a Top 20 Firm based in mid Kent who are looking to appoint a Senior Insolvency Administrator to their team. This role is a permanent appointment and they are looking for someone with experience of corporate insolvency as this is the main bias of the role but there is also some personal insolvency involved. So is you have mixed experience of insolvency procedures this role may suit you. You will get involved in the full lifecycle management of a high-volume portfolio of cases (40+).

Based in their recovery and restructuring team your role will be responsible for looking after a portfolio providing services from top to bottom for the client base. This is a busy environment so you should be able to manage your work load effectively.

You will be responsible for:

– Maintaining fully accurate case files, ensuring they meet with statutory requirements
– Effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders (internal & external) creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other professionals
– Investigating into and reporting on the conduct of directors and the reasons for failure
– Supervising/training more junior members of staff.

Desired: that you are CPI qualified or studying with previous experience of dealing with all types of recovery procedures specifically corporate. ITC literate with strong communications and written skills are essential.

Due to current Covid conditions flexibility around home and office working is required.
