An award-winning and growing accountancy practice in South East London is seeking a talented Senior Tax Manager to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for an ATT or CTA qualified professional with a strong background in public practice tax.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, modern team offering hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home), flexible hours and real career progression.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise on a varied portfolio of private clients, SMEs, and owner-managed businesses.
• Deliver expert tax planning, including capital gains tax (CGT), inheritance tax (IHT), trusts, and residence/domicile matters.
• Oversee and review personal and corporate tax returns prepared by junior staff.
• Provide technical tax guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Build and maintain long-standing client relationships with a proactive and consultative approach.
• Identify and implement tax-efficient solutions, liaising with HMRC where necessary.

✅ Requirements:

• ATT or CTA qualified (essential).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public practice.
• Sound understanding of UK tax compliance and advisory.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Confident in managing workflows, deadlines and developing team members.
