Well established organisation based in the Sittingbourne area is looking for an experienced i-Trent user for a 1-2 month temporary contract. You must be experienced in i-Trent or Bromcom and ideally have used Capita Payroll and be experienced in HR data and information entry.
– Recording daily staff absence on I-Trent and Bromcom.
– Update and maintain records of planned and unplanned absence, ensuring relevant certification or authorisation of absence is received, and that accurate records are available to meet requirements
– Preparation of monthly payroll including processing of staff claims, extra-hours, mileages using payroll provider’s portal ensuring that staff are correctly paid
– Provide payroll providers with relevant absence information
– Assist with checking / updating payroll documentation
– Liaise Payroll providers ensuring all information relevant to any changes, or responses to enquiries, are provided in a timely manner
– Support HR Team in carrying out administration.
Hourly rate dependent on experience. Part time options will be considered
