Unique opportunity for an HR Advisor working Term-time only or Full-time if preferred reporting into Head of HR, based in South Kent to start as soon as possible. You will support the HR team by providing first class HR advice to all schools within this multi-academy trust, providing first class HR advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees in relation to HR policies and procedures, employee relation issues and organisational change. Supporting head of HR in analysing HR reports and drives HR KPI improvements and delivering strategic HR projects. Successful applicants should have CIPD qualification level 5 and demonstrable experience working in a busy HR team. Education experience desirable but not essential.
