Operations Manager

Megan commenced her recruitment career at Goldhawk back in 2015, joining as an Administrator. Progressing to Resourcer and subsequently Operations & Resourcing Manager, Megan enjoys managing our internal processes whilst still engaging with a wide range of candidates and clients.

Having supported the team across finance and HR for a number of years, Megan now focuses on supporting our clients with commercial and business support roles. This has allowed Goldhawk to branch out and offer services within departments that were not previously within our remit, whilst engaging with new businesses both in and out of county.

From an operations perspective Megan is responsible for sourcing and maintaining contracts for all our recruitment tools, ensuring we have a GDPR compliant CRM and access to the best job boards and advertising methods to offer our client base.
