A very successful business based in Sevenoaks are looking to replace a key member of their team with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Working closely with key members of the finance team you will be involved in a variety of key tasks, including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.
Key Responsibilities:
·Accounts Payable
·Sales ledger
·Managing supplier queries and assisting the Finance Manager with cashflow forecasts.
·Preparation of Balance Sheet Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
·Credit Control.
·Support with administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
·Strong knowledge and experience using Excel.
·Attention to detail.
·Strong communication skills.
·Confident to liaise with key stakeholder
They ideal person is someone who has worked within a high paced environment and can meet strict deadlines. The role will sit within a small finance function and it is key that you are a team player.
