Goldhawk Associates have registered an exciting temporary Management Accounts Assistant position with high chance of permanent opportunity. Our client is an industry leader within their field based in Sevenoaks and looking for a temporary member of staff to join their growing finance team. As Management Accounts Assistant you will report to the Financial Controller and your main duties will be:
·Excel: Pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s are a pre-requisite
·Processing High volume of invoices
·coding of invoices
·Clearing balances customer deductions and invoices on Purchase Ledger
·Month End Reconciliation of G/L accounts
·Raising accruals
·Contacting customers for missing paperwork
·Maintenance and reversal of accruals
·Month end Journal related to stock claims
The successful candidate will have held a similar role previously and be immediately available or on 1 week notice period.
