I am currently seeking an experienced and personal Office Administrator to join a professional services client in West Kent. Being the first point of contact for visitors, duties will include:
– Handling incoming telephone calls
– Invoicing and credit control
– Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider business
– Creating reports using MS Office packages
