We are delighted to be partnering with this leading technology organisation, who offer an array of products and services to specialist market sectors. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to appoint an Operations Administrator to their growing head office in Ipswich.
The primary function of this role is to be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of network services provisioning: purchasing, customer contact, site visit liaison, handover to the customer and billing.
The role will also provide basic support to the wider team in some activities and booking travel and accommodation where needed:
Key Tasks
• Manage cancellations and amendments to existing services/customers.
• Provisioning mailbox monitoring
• Reporting on order revenue and due dates
• Billing query management, taking a proactive approach to solving and investigating queries
The successful candidate will be able to naturally manage a busy workload around a number of key administrative tasks, across a selection of platforms/systems. The role also involves working closely with the project management team on large project when required.
